Return Policy Update


We want you to love your Shobhangini purchase! However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.

  1. Review Product Details: Please carefully review all product details before making a purchase to avoid any issues with fit or description.
  2. Report Timeframe: Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at help.shobhangini@gmail.com.
  3. Proof of Damage: To process a return, please provide an opening video of the unboxing to clearly show the damage or defect upon receiving the item. This will help us verify the issue swiftly and assist you better.
  4. Final Sale: All other sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchase made during a sale isn't accepted for returns.

For returns of verified damaged or incorrect items:

  • A ₹100 return shipping fee applies.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund.
